The Professional Empowerment program for the teenage girls living under the care of Paidopoli Agia Varvara continued with the digital workshop of the Greek award-winning startup Owiwi and the co-founder Athena Polina Dova. Under Athena’s guidance, each participant chose the character of her choice within the interactive game-psychometric tool and through decision-making in multiple situations determined its plot, discovering important soft skills such as adaptability, flexibility, resilience, determination and sense of responsibility, which will be cultivated and utilised throughout their journey in the program.
