Since May 2020, Mum Institute has been cooking every weekend for the teenage girls living under the care of Paidopoli “Agia Varvara”. The menu includes 5 meals a day: breakfast, snack, lunch, dessert and dinner. At the core of Mum Institute’s philosophy is healthy and delicious food, cooked with care and pure raw materials.

During its meal supply program, Mum Institute is supported by a network of distinguished local companies that offer their products with care and love.
Simultaneously, Mum Institute develops consulting programs for the meal supply services of social welfare units, as well as different training seminars around good nutrition aimed at staff working at these units, children living under institutional care and young people hosted in independent living facilities.
Core of the educational approach of the meal supply program of Mum Institute is raising awareness on how we can sustainably and with a low budget prepare meals with high nutritional value, influencing everyone’s physical and mental health in a positive way.
