Mum Institute cooks every weekend at Paidopoli Agia Varvara: new menu and lots of smiles
Another weekend of cooking at Paidopoli Agia Varvara with a new menu and lots of smiles.
The morning meals became even more delicious with chocolate croissants and sandwiches from Queen Bee Bistrot.
Lunch included braised beef with orzo and cabbage salad with avocado and crunchy almonds, as well as chicken burgers with rice and mushrooms.
For the girls’ favorite time of day -dessert time- they had homemade apple crumble with vanilla ice cream and brownies with praline and caramelized almonds, courtesy of épik gelato.
Their dinner included, among other things, boiled broccoli-cauliflower salad, frittata, feta and gruyere cheese, courtesy of organic dairy farm Kourellas, sourdough bread courtesy of Betty’s Bakery, and pumpkin velouté soup with leek tart.
