The job shadowing phase of the Professional Empowerment program for the teenage girls living under the care of Paidopoli Agia Varvara continues this time with the beloved Flower Athens and G., who attends daily cooking classes and her dream is to work in a restaurant-pizzeria.

The general manager showed G. all the stages of running a restaurant, the barista showed her how to operate the professional espresso machines and the secrets of a good coffee. At the end and under the guidance of the chef, G. made her favourite pizza which we all enjoyed together in the garden of Mavili Square.

We would like to thank the wonderful staff of Pizza Flower who welcomed us with enthusiasm and love.
