The latest job shadowing visit of the Professional Empowerment Program by Mum Institute for Paidopoli Agia Varvara, took place with F. at the Hotel Grande Bretagne in Athens. F. is interested in beauty and wellness as well as tourism, so one of the most historic hotels in Athens, internationally recognised for its excellent services, was the perfect choice. 

F. was greeted by Christina Matsaki, Director of People Development, who along with the welcoming reception staff, explained how the Reception and Reservations Departments work. Then F. met with Spa Manager Anne Specque, and toured all the facilities while learning about the treatments offered.

After a break for refreshments in the hotel’s cafe,  F. was welcomed by the Director Hom Parviz along with Complex Hotel Manager Anneta Svoronou, and discussed the wonderful world of hospitality giving her practical advice for the future.
