Mum Institute organized a photography and scrapbooking workshop at Paidopoli Agia Varvara
After four meetings, the photography and scrapbooking workshop at Paidopoli Agia Varvara under the guidance of photographer Sofia Kontouka was completed!
The first session of the workshop was about the history and techniques of photography, as well as photography as an expressive creation.
Through using instamax photography, the girls took photos that automatically appeared, giving them the opportunity to have a discussion around their final results immediately.
In the second session, the girls with the guidance of Sofia, set up an outdoor studio in the garden and a professional photo shoot took place with the girls as the protagonists!
The third session was about journaling and the mental benefits of making a personal journal that they can decorate and edit as they wish.
In the fourth and final session, each participant received as a gift a journal that was incorporated in a creative workshop where the girls decorated their own with collage journals, and the photos from the previous sessions.
